Great North Wildlife Exploration Day

Discover the exciting wildlife of Gosforth Park Nature Reserve in springtime; learn about our flora and fauna, and play an active role in conservation through recording what you see!
The Great North Wildlife Exploration Day with the Great North Museum: Hancock at Gosforth Park Nature Reserve includes:
• A presentation on Gosforth Park wildlife by David Noble-Rollin, our expert from the Natural History Society of Northumbria

• An exploration of Gosforth Park Nature Reserve with our expert as you investigate its huge variety of wildlife and habitats

• A contribution to nature conservation - your findings are added to the North East Environmental Records Information Centre's database

• Free transport from the Great North Museum: Hancock to the nature reserve and back again

Suitable for adults and children, although children must be accompanied by an adult. Please bring a packed lunch and wear appropriate clothing.
